We learnt about cyber safety and how to be cyber smart. If someone sends you a message that hurts your feelings you save it and report to a teacher or a parent. We also learnt that there is a virus and it could cause depression or even suicide. When you are playing online games, never use your real name or full name and always use a nickname. Never post any personal information online, never give your password to anyone. Always keep your personal details safe. Always think before you post anything rude online. Always be respectful online and in reality. We think this is a great quiz that can help children be cyber smart on the internet.
Watching these videos on the blog made me realise how much bullying can affect different people in different ways. While I was watching this video I liked how they showed examples of bullying and explained what bullying was, because not everyone understands the meaning of being bullied. I disliked how they only showed one girl getting picked on, if they had shown a couple of different people we would have had a better idea of how different people handle bullying in different ways. While I was watching this video, I was thinking about how the girl was not only getting bullied to her face, but also getting bullied on her social media. I think the website was also really helpful for people that have social media, because if you are bullied on social media it teaches you to make sure you save the message and show a parent or teacher.
